I came to RADICAL Forgiveness in 1999 when I read the book 'RADICAL Forgiveness, Making Room for the Miracle.' I really loved it and wanted more. A few months later, in March of 2000, I attended the Miracles Workshop in Houston, TX with Colin Tipping and the RF coach certification training, which followed immediately thereafter. In April of 2000, I attended the very first facilitator training in Atlanta and in August of 2000, facilitated my first Miracles Workshop. Additionally, because of all the personal healing I was doing, I was able to record a CD of healing songs, 'Shadows of Light, Songs to Integrate the Shadow.' My mission is to "heal the world . . one heart at a time" and RADICAL Forgiveness is the easiest and fastest way that I have found to do it. Just "a little bit of willingness" brings shifts beyond imagination.
My life before RADICAL Forgiveness was one of searching. I read many books, took many workshops and was definitely interested in all things spiritual. I desperately wanted to make a difference in the world, and yet, could never quite seem to make it happen. Emotionally, my life was full of ups and downs, with the downs becoming more and more frequent and farther and farther into the depths of despair. In 1996, it became too much for me and I tried to commit suicide. From that point on, I realized that I had to learn to love myself in order to have anything to offer others. And, so I began the arduous path of learning to love myself. A 'Course in Miracles' and 'Attitudinal Healing' were very helpful to me during this time. And then I discovered RADICAL Forgiveness. "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear." I guess that I was ready.
I continue to use RADICAL Forgiveness in my daily life and know no greater joy than sharing this simple, powerful process with others. RADICAL Forgiveness is such an easily accessible spiritual technology but it allows us to quickly shift the energy around the traumas and hurts we have from the past that are subconsciously zapping our life force and keeping us from living our dreams. We can't change what happened to us, but we can change the way we see it. RADICAL Forgiveness is an easy, step-by-step process that helps us to do just that. It would be an honor and a privilege to share it with you.
